Grace Chan brings 19 years of international luxury real estate experience across New York City, Vancouver, and Toronto, with a refined focus on Yorkville and Toronto's premier neighbourhoods. Grounded in fine arts, environmental design, architecture, and feng shui, her approach blends creativity, strategy, and technical insight across high-end sales, leasing, and pre-construction. She has advised prominent developers on sales and marketing, optimized floorplans for discerning buyers, and built a reputation for thoughtful, detail-driven representation.

A native of Vancouver, Grace holds a BFA from the University of British Columbia, along with a Bachelor of Environmental Design Studies and a Master of Architecture from Dalhousie University. She is also a licensed real estate instructor, has taught NYS Construction and New Development, and was a 2014 Toastmaster Speaking Champion in New York.
