With a diverse background in fine arts, environmental design, architecture, and feng shui, she offers a unique approach to client listings and projects, ensuring optimal results.
Her career in the real estate market encompasses selling and leasing high-end properties, marketing new developments, and consulting with prominent developers on sales & marketing strategies across various regions. Clients appreciate her creative instincts, holistic approach, & meticulous attention to detail.
A native of Vancouver, Grace holds a BFA from the University of British Columbia and both a Bachelor of Environmental Design Studies and a Master of Architecture from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She is also a licensed real estate instructor who has taught courses on NYS Construction and New Development, and a 2014 Toastmaster Speaking Champion in New York.
