Widely known in Toronto as Mr. Yorkville, Nissan is an engaging, dynamic, savvy, luxury lifestyle connoisseur, well-traveled and informed, with a passion for design, architecture, and music. His career comprises a multitude of sales in the larger luxury real estate marketplace – from urban luxury penthouses, rural estates, aristocratic mansions, to development properties - in Forest Hill, the Bridle Path, Rosedale, Yorkville, the Annex, Lawrence Park, the Church-Yonge Corridor, and King West Entertainment District. Over the years he has worked with Harvey Kalles, Sotheby’s, and, at present, is a full-time Broker with Engel & Völkers.
He is a member of OREA, LSO, and CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Specialist), and has received a number of honors: Top seller of Four Seasons Residences; Engel & Völkers 2022 President’s Circle Award.
